Every TCA engagement begins with the development
of specifications appropriate to the scope of the project. In
particular, major systems development require significant analytical
investment from both TCA and the client in order to ensure a
satisfactory outcome. TCA typically sets up three substantial
milestones.
Development and acceptance of specifications and an
implementation plan and schedule are the first major milestone. A
development cycle with periodic client review, culminating in
preliminary release of software constitutes the second milestone.
Delivery, debug and acceptance of the software is the final step of the
development cycle.
Some projects may be extended to add additional
functionality or to support changing operating environments.
In every case, TCA abides by the dictum of our
guarantee. "If a client is not satisfied with our work we will make it right. Period."
